Hotel was gorgeous and chic, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The bed was very comfy and the room was neat.

The hotel was chic, and I appreciated beautiful staff and immaculate room. Peaceful location and overall the staff was beautiful. I had lunch in Royal Kitchen, located nearby.

Chic and fairly clean classy hotel. Exceptionally comfortable bed in premier queen room with a private safe, central heating and an iron. Great service during my really nice stay.

Possibly the best and fabulous stay during the weekend. Variety of nice hot and good breakfast items to choose from. Beautiful and delightful room, good size bathroom. Fabulous, outstanding staff towards all guests. Brilliant and super position right next to a subway station...

It was just a fitting option for a city holiday in London with great value for the money. The breakfast, though light, was a nice touch-simple egg on toast, but quite tasty.

The drilling noise during my afternoon nap was unacceptable!!! The unpredictable cleaning schedule left me with unkempt rooms at inopportune times. More attention to guest needs could significantly enhance the experience!!!

The rooftop bar offers fine views of the city, really elevating the experience. The gym remains open 24/7, a solid feature for night owls looking to fit in a workout.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was a hassle, with reservations mixed up and extra charges for security deposits that weren't clearly communicated. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room, pushing out hot air instead.

I stayed for two nights and loved the access to iconic places like Tower Bridge, just a short stroll away, making it easy to explore on foot while also enjoying cozy evenings at the nearby Sky Garden, where the views thrilled me every time I visited.

Superior room features a distinctive design, with elegant decor that adds a touch of flair. The shower had excellent water pressure.

The restaurant during breakfast had a rather slow service. On several occasions, my order was forgotten altogether. The temperature in the hotel felt excessively warm, and the arrangement of the double bed being two singles pushed together was uncomfortable. Caution needed to be exercised around the ceiling hatch since it could easily lead to a head bump in the dark.

The room upgrade enhanced our comfort significantly! The clean and spacious bathroom catered perfectly to our needs during our 4-night stay.

The location, while excellent, can be a bit noisy at times.

Take advantage of the rooftop bar's cocktail happy hour for both great drinks and stunning views of the city, it's a hidden gem worth experiencing.
